But there's no greater feeling than passing your test and gaining the freedom that comes from being able to drive for yourself. S.L.S Driving School – Terms and Conditions Thank you for choosing S.L.S Driving School for your lessons. Please read the following carefully as there are some safety and financial implications involved. I pride myself on high standards and am fully compliant with the Road Traffic Act. S.L.S Driving School reserves the right to refuse your driving lesson or test. The lesson fee must still be paid. An eyesight test will be conducted on the first lesson. Anyone who wears glasses or contact lenses must wear them for each lesson. Punctuality is important, if the pupil is late for a lesson the lesson is deemed to have started at the agreed time and will still end at the originally agreed time. At least 72 hours notice must be given for cancellation of a lesson, any notice less than this will incur a cancellation fee, usually the cost of a lesson. Except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the driving instructor. Frequent cancellations may result in S.L.S Driving School refusing any further lessons. You acknowledge that after the expiry of this six month period, you will not be entitled to a refund of any funds not applied to driving lessons or to utilise these funds for booking further driving lessons. If at any point during this six month period you determine that you do not wish to take any more of your prepaid driving lessons, you are entitled to a refund of the balance of your funds.
